Tonight, we’ve called 4 times and not even gotten an explanation or an estimate from anyone of how long this might last. Why is this happening?

Is it because of above-ground vs underground power supply? Our friends in Michigan don’t ever seems to have the same power outages.

I only have plugged in what we need. I even keep my stove & microwave un-plugged! wtaf!!! grrrrr
