  @xdNiBoR Gosh I remember all the delusional clowns thinking that Starlink was doomed to fail because Hughesnet and Viasat existed. It took only a couple of years for Starlink to make them irrelevant and it was rather predictable

  @Hughesnet Then I'll just say this straight to hughesnet's face. If my comments on here and my advice to people makes them lose a few customers. ******* good ! After 6 years of being screwed over, I hope I do turn a few heads towards a better internet service.

  @MarioNawfal This is what happens when a company stops thinking quarter to quarter and starts thinking decade to decade. Hughesnet wasn’t a bad product, it was just built for a different world. Starlink arrived with a different mindset, different pace, different ceiling. And the market always rewards the one that refuses to play small. Sometimes dominance isn’t loud, it’s a slow tightening until the only logical move left is surrender.

  @DD123PDQ @Starlink 165 Mbps is not fast enough? Global outage... 1 single 4 hours of outage in 5 years. Is it bad? The equipment is way cheaper than at the beginning. Yeah, the monthly fee is high I agree. "Don't believe the hype." - Wrong. If you have HughesNet and Starlink, Starlink is fantastic

  @Starlink I’m moving soon and the only option I have at my new address is Starlink, because Hughesnet is terrible. I put in my current address to compare and it would give me a free kit and the Residential plan would be $85/month. But at my new address it’s $350 and 120/month. Fun for me.

  @SpaceX @Starlink lower the monthly fee for starlink to 190 reais per month in Brazil, here where I live many people only use hughesnet, if starlink lowers the monthly fee to 190 reais I guarantee that you will make a lot of money, because the Internet in the interior here in Brazil is all bad

  Got it a year and a half ago and I loved it ever since whatever you do never get internet from HughesNet the worst possible internet service anywhere and the company is crooked to try to rip you off They try to box you in with a membership and then try to charge you to cancel

  HughesNet sucks, internet out three nights in a row
