george iv (@geowa4) reportedIt looks like @GreenlightFiber is losing a customer today because they won’t move an entry panel 6 feet without a big charge. @GetSpectrum is half the cost per month for two years. I’ll save $1200 over that time period. I’m losing upload speed but I think I can handle it.

This is reserved only for the most recent of customers, not those of us that have hung tight waiting for you. Seems like it's really poor form to still charge a customer $100 that's waited as long as I have.
