    @GreenlightFiber I am questioning your customer service for the 2nd time in a week (6 days no service and would not refund lost days of paid service) we are down and customer service number is not picking up and not calling back (forced out of queue by the automated system. yuck!

    @nickiwtf39 @GreenlightFiber Yeah, mine went down about a half hour ago. Rebooted thrice already, was trying to find some kind of outage map online, but there isn’t really an official one. Just the Down Detector page

    @GreenlightFiber @GreenlightFiber I definitely haven't received any updates on the 10+ hour outage. Rochester - Lake Riley district. This is the 4th unannounced outage this year... Time to switch back to @GetSpectrum?

    @GreenlightFiber I know how to get connected, the service needs to be available in my area and I will order the service. It just has not made its way to Lost Feather area in Fairport.

    @GreenlightFiber My mother’s Greenlight has been out since 7:05pm yesterday!!! I’ve called twice now. The first time last night at 7:41pm and was told it was too late to fix it last night but it would be repaired first thing this morning 😡

    Me: chat live with @GreenlightFiber a few days ago to tell them I’m moving Saturday (today) and that I want to switch my service to the new house. Them: “call us the day you move and we will do that remotely” Also them: offices closed today.
