    It looks like @GreenlightFiber is losing a customer today because they won’t move an entry panel 6 feet without a big charge. @GetSpectrum is half the cost per month for two years. I’ll save $1200 over that time period. I’m losing upload speed but I think I can handle it.

    @geowa4 @GreenlightFiber @GetSpectrum For a company trying to grow as much as they are, their customer service is so beyond terrible. I'm one more outage or issue from switching back

    @GreenlightFiber because I filed my order 3 years ago. This is reserved only for the most recent of customers, not those of us that have hung tight waiting for you. Seems like it's really poor form to still charge a customer $100 that's waited as long as I have.

    @GreenlightFiber I am questioning your customer service for the 2nd time in a week (6 days no service and would not refund lost days of paid service) we are down and customer service number is not picking up and not calling back (forced out of queue by the automated system. yuck!

    I don't understand how @GreenlightFiber doesn't have techs available around the clock. "yeah let's just leave the entire area without internet for like 12 hours before we do anything" is a horrible plan.

    @GreenlightFiber when are you guys going to get 24 hour phone support? There is an outage in my part of Brighton.. but I can't report it via phone because it's after 8:00 p.m.

    @GreenlightFiber your vendors started digging up my lawn today to install your fiber lines and managed to damage my @Ask_Spectrum @GetSpectrum internet service box/line. Interesting way to get new customers. Our internet now lasts about 30 seconds at a time.

    @GreenlightFiber My mother’s internet went down at 7:05. The tech I just spoke to lied to me and said it went out 8 minutes ago and won’t be repaired until tomorrow morning! That’s a bunch of 💩!!! I need the cameras working 24/7!!!

    @GreenlightFiber you guys should be called redlight networks because your company is useless. Just wanted to say thank you for allowing me to pay for your best services that never worked. Both my businesses have lost money due to your false advertising & terrible tech support. Your tech support is just phone calls from someone who doesn’t know their *** from a hole in the ground.     @GreenlightFiber As much as I appreciate the update and quick response, have had to reach out to Spectrum to see if they can provide service. Your customer service has been quite rude at times and to not have a more specific timeline doesn't seem acceptable.

    @GreenlightFiber My mother’s Greenlight has been out since 7:05pm yesterday!!! I’ve called twice now. The first time last night at 7:41pm and was told it was too late to fix it last night but it would be repaired first thing this morning 😡
