The solution from the support team @googlefiber was for me to drive 70 miles roundtrip to Provo to exchange the router. "But it's free" was the comment I got. My time and gas aren't free. Maybe I should've stuck with @CenturyLink ?

@Xfinity @comcast After 40 minutes in the phone with customer no service. Felt like an AI Bot…they could not help me remove a charge. The charge is $100 for a box that had to be replaced by you. Why should I pay? Thank god @googlefiber just landed in our neighborhood. See ya!

Spent an hour on chat and 30 minutes on the phone with @googlefiber and still have no answer as to why my wifi is suspended or when service will be restored. Working from home is difficult when the wifi service you rely on to do your job is completely useless.

@googlefiber It’s been down since Christmas, not cool to make me wait until the 31st. I went with fiber because I’ve always had a great experience with it. I’m getting very frustrated. I work from home so no internet means I have to use my phone.
