If this isn't resolved tomorrow, I will switch to @quantumfiber and tell everyone to avoid you.

Welker (@fcbeast) reported from Sandy Acres, UtahThe solution from the support team @googlefiber was for me to drive 70 miles roundtrip to Provo to exchange the router. "But it's free" was the comment I got. My time and gas aren't free. Maybe I should've stuck with @CenturyLink ?
