Whole place is literally the scene in Fantasia where Mickey Mouse is trying and failing to control the broomsticks. Fi sucks, but it sucks less than Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile.

I work from home this is unacceptable. Ph support has a technician scheduled for Friday! Today is Monday!

Now we have no internet and when we called customer service, they said "oh well" An installer may or may not come today. WTF?!
