Samantha Baker (@SamanthaB1026) reported@googlefiber We were excited about getting you installed. You sent a guy out to run the line and in the process he cut the line for my current provider. Now we have no internet and when we called customer service, they said "oh well" An installer may or may not come today. WTF?!

Brenda Lea (@Brenda1Lea) reported@googlefiber @googlefiber It took four days before I spoke to a tech who had the initiative to research our outage problem instead of just telling me there was an outage somewhere in the area. Our fiber is broken north of our pole, and now we have to wait again for that to be resolved. 😤

Louis Justman (@louisjustman) reported@googlefiber Any rough estimates on when service is coming to Lawrence, KS? Or which parts? Or any updates at all? Nothing builds faith quite like radio silence since the announcement in Aug 2024.
-
#What2Print (@devmobnow) reported@StonedModder @googlefiber I've been happy so far but the Tech phone experience is terrible. Some lady who was totally condescending when i asked a few questions and then i just got off the call before i lost it.
-
DesertVixen v.2022 (@desertvixen_NV) reported@googlefiber @here4thelaughs0 It is STILL out and you haven’t even updated the outage message. We are aware it’s out the question is what’s an ETA for fixing it.
-
Warren Smith (@WarrenS838) reported@googlefiber hello, we are located in Olathe, KS and experiencing internet issues. Is there an outage in the KC area?
-
Nimish Kumar (@nimbabwe) reportedIt's ridiculous that @googlefiber is prepared to charge hundreds of dollars if you don't return their router in time after cancelling service - yet makes you package the router out of your own pocket & makes such a stink when faced with needing to pay for it. Make it make sense!
