We’re “lucky” the repair team will give us an appointment tomorrow afternoon at 3 PM to fix our outage. So much for working from home. 2 days lost.

I’m on PS4 Pro with a solid Google Fiber internet connection and I am constantly getting frozen loot screens, “server shout down” errors, glitches where the prompt to hold square to interact with objects (chests, player revives, etc) does not appear.

Now we have no internet and when we called customer service, they said "oh well" An installer may or may not come today. WTF?!

Our fiber is broken north of our pole, and now we have to wait again for that to be resolved. 😤
