JP 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 (@ArsenalNAmerica) reportedVenting here but I received absolutely terrible customer service last from @googlefiber Their agent basically dared me to cancel, which I eventually will once I get a replacement service but we’ve had issues with their service for the past few months and they can’t seem to fix it (they have tried) and I got grief last night from their agent. Just terrible.

I have the highest plan, ethernet, payed for exit lag to help but you guys are ******* hopeless. high ping, straight ******* lag, I touch 30 ping for 1 game for the next to be red lines, up down ping problems. is @googlefiber the move?
