Would appreciate a retweet. If you received a message from me asking you to send me USDC, PLEASE DISREGARD! It looks like an attacker was able to gain access to my telegram by accessing my voicemail from @googlefi . I am on the phone with their *terrible* customer support right now. My working theory is that someone internal to Google Fi is working with the hacker to change voicemail PINs. Be careful and stay safe!

@googlefi the only fitting word to describe your customer service would be "atrocious". The reps that you can actually speak to don't have the ability to actually help you. A cancelled order has now turned into a huge cluster of confusion.

@googlefi more than 10 years started as projectfi customers. Today it ends because your terrible support 4 1/2 hours to try and change the Gmail account associated with my ex wife's phone and couldn't be done. #lostcustomer

If customer service chat closes, I can’t get back to the customer service chat, even when clicking on the notification link @googlefi @Google

@googlefi Case #2-4045000040609 - because it turns out when you change tabs on mobile the support system completely deletes all of the previous context and just starts you over from the beginning.

@googlefi Even your chatbots are inept. The bot I am talking to has now degenerated to spouting out real nonsense, like asking me if the issue occurs outdoors (duh, yeah, it's a roaming authentication failure). And asked for my address three times. It's farcical except I'm not laughing.

@googlefi @MotorolaUS Don't bother with Google Fi. 8 wrote 7 times to tell them my moto was crap and had blind spots where trying to navigate was impossible. What did Google Fi say? NOTHING..CRICKETS...7 TIMES. I won't ever use them again that's just the for sure part!!!!

@googlefi are you having network issues? My service just stopped working completely

@googlefi I emailed customer service yesterday saying I'm moving to T-Mobile if my issues with the trade in aren't resolved by the end of the week and guess what? I haven't gotten a reply. I like Google but Fi sucks TERRIBLY as a phone service.
