    If a company makes $45B a year, hiring enough underwriters shouldn’t be a problem. I submitted the documents @GEICO requested and now my life is on hold waiting for underwriting verification. This shouldn’t take days just to confirm basic paperwork. We deserve better service.

    @GEICO avoid geico at all costs!..They are liars..will bait you in, lie to you...raise your rates..Will be my last year with them...worst company ive ever dealt with..They are trained to lie to you...youve been warned

    I asked a @GEICO rep for the direct number to roadside assistance and she gave me a number to ExpressScript. Not how you treat customers that have had a policy with you for years.

    Any car insurance recs? @GEICO screwed me. 0 accidents at fault in 10 years Customer for 25 years 2 deer hit in the last 36 months 0 traffic tickets and violations. Rate hike of 67% or cancel. What a joke.

    @GEICO I’ve been on the phone for 4 hours literally just trying to fix an address error between you and Assurant for renters insurance. This is ******* ridiculous and your customer support is as useful as a ****** with breathing holes 🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻
