How is this legal? You even told him he wouldn’t be charged, but when he returned to GEICO after just 2 months, you sent a bill for my brother. This sounds like bait-and-switch tactics. Maybe he should contact the Better Business Bureau to investigate.

As long as there’s a written explanation of why you can’t obtain the part earlier(airbag for S’s car), they’ll extend it in 1 week increments. I had no trouble with this.
