  @GEICO, please explain in great detail: How can you charge my father $600 extra every 6 months for my 19-year-old brother, who doesn’t have a car and is not allowed to drive my father’s car because my father signed an exclusion form? How is this legal? You even told him he wouldn’t be charged, but when he returned to GEICO after just 2 months, you sent a bill for my brother. This sounds like bait-and-switch tactics. Maybe he should contact the Better Business Bureau to investigate.

  Additionally, when you contact them about this their customer service will tell you that you have to contact the app developers by leaving a review on the google play store. @GEICO truly sucks.

  @lisaberkun @GEICO Yup. I got a rental car for 44 days via Geico while waiting for a car part to arrive from Japan. As long as there’s a written explanation of why you can’t obtain the part earlier(airbag for S’s car), they’ll extend it in 1 week increments. I had no trouble with this.

  Don’t use @GEICO they charge an arm and a leg. Quite literally. I had to sell dismembered human remains in order to pay this month’s bill
