I submitted the documents @GEICO requested and now my life is on hold waiting for underwriting verification. This shouldn’t take days just to confirm basic paperwork. We deserve better service.

Told them of quotes from competitors, they didn’t care. Moved to competitor and saved over 1k. Insurance is pretty much a scam and there’s no point in being loyal to any of them.

We knew exactly who did it, her car was still at the scene, but I never received a dime. They claimed they paid my car off but that was a lie because my car was already paid off. Insurance is a big scam.
