    3 calls to solve a bill issue last person sort of took care of it. But still a lot that customer service can't do. Because the computer is adding charges and 45 minutes on hold so that I would hang up. Very crazy #CustomerService. If you can do without #AskFrontier u better.

    Well I came back to @FrontierCorp for FIOS a few months ago, but their issues have persisted, and even seems worse now. Love the speed but when your internet drops 10+ times a day, it’s time to switch.

    Incredibly disappointed in @FrontierCorp for unexplainable internet outage requiring us to go 3 days without internet We have a newborn in the house and depend on the internet for everything - food, medical support, communication, work Please hire more technicians

    @FrontierCorp I filled out information online and was suppose to receive Amazon prime membership but the code didn't work. Called support 3 times, they kept transferring me to other departments. Please dm meto resolve.

    now i’m out of internet service @TMobile don’t want me as a customer. @GetSpectrum is too expensive and i owe them money thanks to netspend. and @FrontierCorp plain sucks outdated and slow junk

    @FrontierCorp your technical support team is awful. I used your chat and kept getting bounced back from rep to rep just to get disconnected because I didn’t respond in less than a minute. Absolutely horrendous

    @fmsamos4 @AskFrontier I had that problem on Monday for about 30 minutes. I work servers are also Frontier so they were also down.

    Here we go again...@AskFrontier internet is down yet when I report it, says there is no outage in my area. Happens every other month. Going on 4 hours of no Internet and I have booted, rebooted, unplugged and plugged everything back in several times to no avail. So tired of this

    @FrontierCorp Please DM me. My internet is off & on all day, my landline phone has major hum. I tried calling Frontier, but was put on hold for 25 minutes, then hung up on. My jacks have never been fixed either. I pay indoor insurance , this all gets me upset. Plz respond. TY😎

    Hey @FrontierCorp Bad cable install = no Net for a week. Eero replacement won’t help the issue. But only “resolution” offered was DIY new Eero (3more days) and then wait more days for on-site tech??? How ‘bout tech comes ASAP w/Eero and cable and does the job right this time?

    It's bad enough @FrontierCorp Internet is down. But even their site isn't loading for updates They probably also gonna say sorry our services weren't working here's a $2 off coupon for some fast food place gee thanks

    @FrontierCorp has terrible service!! In three months we have been with them we have had 3 different outages…all lasting multiple days! Can’t actually talk to a person and they obviously don’t care. Going back to @comcast may be the only answer

    @FrontierCorp Know what? That was my fault. I added too many incompatible services. Tech just got done installing today. Internet is blazing fast. I'm just so happy these problems are over. Love what y'all got going on. So glad to have a friend on the digital frontier. 😌
