    @AskFrontier @destroyah3034 I can confirm to you all that this has been a widespread issue affecting most of Frontier’s SoCal service region. According to one of the techs my mom was talking to yesterday they did say there is planned hardware upgrades currently underway taking a bit longer than usual.

    This Holiday weekend I've Learned @FrontierCorp is the WORST! I made a payment 11/28, they even sent me an email confirmation rt after. Then somehow Last night my service became restricted & their billing dept doesn't open until 8am Monday.🤯 Thank Goodness for #Netflix

    3 calls to solve a bill issue last person sort of took care of it. But still a lot that customer service can't do. Because the computer is adding charges and 45 minutes on hold so that I would hang up. Very crazy #CustomerService. If you can do without #AskFrontier u better.

    now i’m out of internet service @TMobile don’t want me as a customer. @GetSpectrum is too expensive and i owe them money thanks to netspend. and @FrontierCorp plain sucks outdated and slow junk

    @FrontierCorp I filled out information online and was suppose to receive Amazon prime membership but the code didn't work. Called support 3 times, they kept transferring me to other departments. Please dm meto resolve.

    @rdmcpa @AskFrontier @FrontierCorp Can’t wait for 5G. Service has been trash since Verizon sold. Having crazy routing problems for 2 days. Can’t even stream tv. I don’t even bother to ask for help. Just hope it gets fixed soon. Waiting 3 hrs on the phone or 2-3 days for a Dm reply here isn’t even worth my time.

    @FrontierCorp I recently became a customer of Frontier. Today, our service developed a problem. That began at noon. For the last four hours I have unsuccessfully attempted to contact support. AI is great but must be used properly. Still no service.

    @FrontierCorp have NOT had internet at my house since the 3/31, it’s 4/8 today. Someone from corporate needs to contact me ASAP. Tired of calling every day to get this figured out. Horrible EXPERIENCE.

    @FrontierCorp I just had fiber installed and the line has been left exposed and barely buried, with no conduit where it enters my property-worst experience ever. Avoid Frontier. This is a safety risk and could easily be damaged. #Frontier #CustomerService

    @AskFrontier is the customer retention department open on weekends? I tried calling and it auto hangs up on me and says to call a different time but doesn’t tell me hours of operations. I thought it was 24/7?
