    @AskFrontier I’ve followed. I’ve dmd. I’ve tried getting help numerous times via this method. Waiting 2-3 days for someone to even reply to me via email AFTER my problem has been “escalated” really isn’t a solution.

    @AskFrontier I am still getting a lot of dropouts with a lot of sites and services that I currently go on especially a Minecraft server I have hosted with my friends up in NH that I'm trying to connect to but fails in doing so. Restarting the router does not help at all in fixing this issue.

    @rdmcpa @AskFrontier @FrontierCorp Can’t wait for 5G. Service has been trash since Verizon sold. Having crazy routing problems for 2 days. Can’t even stream tv. I don’t even bother to ask for help. Just hope it gets fixed soon. Waiting 3 hrs on the phone or 2-3 days for a Dm reply here isn’t even worth my time.

    @AskFrontier Yes that is correct. Everyone in our area in Lakewood CA is having the same exact service issue with the planned service level hardware upgrades as just about everyone else in the SoCal service region. As your systems say that everything is normal that isn't the case right now.

    @AskFrontier @destroyah3034 I can confirm to you all that this has been a widespread issue affecting most of Frontier’s SoCal service region. According to one of the techs my mom was talking to yesterday they did say there is planned hardware upgrades currently underway taking a bit longer than usual.

    @AskFrontier having issues accessing my DVR from 1 of my bedrooms. Tried restarting the box & no change. Remote works fine w/ guide but is slow for DVR & error “program deleted by user. Exit & re-launch for updated list.” Please help!

    @FrontierCorp I just had fiber installed and the line has been left exposed and barely buried, with no conduit where it enters my property-worst experience ever. Avoid Frontier. This is a safety risk and could easily be damaged. #Frontier #CustomerService
