    Meanwhile, I'm burning through data by complaining on Twitter about their customer service and emailing their "account manager" that only communicates via email. And @FrontierCorp isn't giving any reimbursement for my lost time of work or my wasted data.

    @FrontierCorp is committing fraud. My mother cancelled her service, they gave her a confirmation number, then kept the service on and is STILL charging her! This has been going on for months. DON’T USE FRONTIER! They gouge seniors!

    @AskFrontier Nah. I cancelled a couple years ago because Frontier wouldn’t update my billing that I had for the previous 4 years+. Your sales people in my area have continue to ask questions after I tell them it’s a bad time.

    @FrontierCorp I provided the information needed (order # and DOB). Your account manager has taken over an hour to do anything. Would be so much easier if they would just call me. My email signal is probably weak. Since I have no WiFi...

    In other shitty sales news, @AskFrontier “account managers” came as I was getting ready to head to the 🏥 for our last birthing class. I told him it was a bad time & he asked if I had Spectrum. Again I said it was a bad time & he asked if I was happy w them. 1/2

    @FrontierCorp Ok cool. So you just give up and send the classic "have a great day!" message. The bot didn't know what else to do so it just aborted to the "have a great day!" message. See class, this is why you don't do service with @FrontierCorp

    @FrontierCorp And I'm a BRAND NEW customer that doesn't have their service yet 😅 So I'm basing my entire opinion about @FrontierCorp on your customer service. From what I've experienced during the 4 hours on the phone and 1 hour messaging your bots yesterday, my opinion isn't good.

    @FrontierCorp Pro tip: It's not safe to ask for SSN via email. As I've said, the information I gave the "account manager" will be fine. I HIGHLY doubt this issue will be solved in a timely matter. The customer service I've received from @FrontierCorp so far has been absolutely unacceptable.

    @FrontierCorp Of course. It would be WAY more effective to have phone calls for customer service. As you can see, your current practice is flawed. I've already requested, but yes please do!

    Update: after 4 hours on the phone and 1 hour spent messaging us @FrontierCorp didn't do anything 😂 When I asked for compensation for their mistake, they hung up. Excellent customer service 😂.

    @AskFrontier To clarify: one “bad time” was my wife & I packing up to go to the hospital to deliver our child and today’s was a baby trying to sleep on me. Neither seemed to faze your pushy salespeople. I am disinterested in ever doing business with Frontier again.

    SO NOW my technician from @FrontierCorp calls and says that he's running behind and wants me to reschedule. I said no since this appointment was supposed to be for Wednesday. The nerve of these people 😅. If he doesn't make it today I'll just cancel and go back to @GetSpectrum

    @SherryW73377356 @FrontierCorp Yolanda is the same person I spoke to today. She was actually helpful and admitted that @FrontierCorp made a mistake. I will still be without service until Saturday, but she was at least decent enough to admit fault. I haven't even started my service yet and I already hate it.

    @FrontierCorp Banks and other institutions also ask for the last 4 of your SSN to log into accounts. So you should clearly understand hesitation to give out the last 4 digits of my SSN via EMAIL You would know that if you didn't have incompetent people creating your customer service policies

    Here's one of the scams from @FrontierCorp - Restocking fees for returning their router after disconnecting service. I had been a customer for 17 years before their monthly outage and support agents straight LYING to me about issues on their end. 10 days into the new cycle. You'll be lucky to get even the prorated services for this month.

    @FrontierCorp Yikes. Never mind. Got rescheduled THREE TIMES and it's like pulling teeth to get a technician out to install. Forget it. You don't want me as a customer. 😒

    @springmac217 @FrontierCorp Same. The Chatbot is incredibly unhelpful and just keeps repeating that there's no outage. It finally stopped texting with me.

    @AskFrontier The customer service line takes forever to respond. My bill went from 39.99 to 44.99 then 59.99 then it is saying next month it is going to be 69.99. How is this ethical? I am a customer for 13 years…@AskFrontier
