    Congratulations @AskFrontier on become just as crap as any other cable company by setting an appointment for a very non-specific four hour block and then messaging me with 30 minutes to go in that block that you have to reschedule. NOT AMUSED.

    @FrontierCorp .. I’m not sure what you did “outside the home” as you all called it, but as of this morning, you fixed the issue and we now have internet and Fios service. I know I ******* up a storm at you but however you did this, you guys are awesome!

    @MiftahR57651406 @FrontierCorp I feel you. It was an ordeal to even get connected when we moved (they came about 36 hours late btw) and I should’ve known then. I’ve never really looked into sling and all those streaming service options but I’m about to do some research

    @AskFrontier for the third day in a row, I’ve been on the phone to resolve an issue and keep getting the run around. Nobody can come to my house for another 2 weeks. On top of that, I waited on hold for 1 hour and 20 minutes tonight for nobody to answer and was disconnected.

    @FrontierCorp 9 days with out service. No update on when it will be fixed, still the same answers as before stating it’s unsafe to repair in an area that wasn’t affected by the storm. And then you set a 10pm service time with out confirming. Totally unacceptable

    @FrontierCorp You should be embarrassed. No one should ever sign up for their service. 2 missed commitments, a customer service supervisor who literally read a policy and blamed the government to me to explain why he couldn’t make it right, and it’s 9pm and I STILL haven’t....
