I noticed the mistake when I returned to the midwest. FedEx mdse back to PXG, they're researching to see where the mdse is. 6 wks now. They're waiting on Mgr approval

You know damn well that you have chosen to make Ground shipments ineligible and FDM only works with FedEx Home Delivery. Alt, make Ground (business address) eligible for FDM!

They actually took an overnight package from me yesterday now stuck on KC with no delivery time and they won’t give it back. Their customer service couldn’t be worse.

Maria 🟧 (@AskApsychNurse) reported@FedEx So…..TWO days in a row, the SAME delivery driver failed to deliver my package. It is medication that needs to be refrigerated. This is UNACCEPTABLE and IRRESPONSIBLE. Do better, FedEx and you need to reach out to this driver for accountability training.
