You know damn well that you have chosen to make Ground shipments ineligible and FDM only works with FedEx Home Delivery. Alt, make Ground (business address) eligible for FDM!

The office won’t take packages anymore. I work. I can’t stay home all day waiting for FedEx. I’m so frustrated. I don’t know what to do & they won’t help me.

They actually took an overnight package from me yesterday now stuck on KC with no delivery time and they won’t give it back. Their customer service couldn’t be worse.

Positive Yankee Fan (@PositiveYankees) reported@FedEx Took a WFH day to sign for a $10K+ package. I was home all morning—Jeep in the driveway—but no knock or doorbell. Driver snapped a cropped photo w/o Jeep visible and marked “no one home.” Called immediately after the failed delivery notice and got no help. Is everyone that works at FedEx a lazy ****, or was I just incredibly unlucky today with my driver/interactions?
