Delivery instructors say leave it at the door, and I watched the driver leave my driveway. This package was supposed to be here last Wednesday... customer service line is inconsistent at best and no email contact.

You know damn well that you have chosen to make Ground shipments ineligible and FDM only works with FedEx Home Delivery. Alt, make Ground (business address) eligible for FDM!

Laziest delivery drivers I've ever seen. I offered to share the video with FedEx, but no one is interested.

Driver snapped a cropped photo w/o Jeep visible and marked “no one home.” Called immediately after the failed delivery notice and got no help. Is everyone that works at FedEx a lazy ****, or was I just incredibly unlucky today with my driver/interactions?
