    Dear @Beyonce please do not use @FedEx to deliver your product they are the worst .... so it was suppose to be here today and was in Georgia.... tell me how it got to Tampa and says delivery will be Monday of next week this is not excellence at all please

    @AmazonHelp Amazon specific drivers. USPS, FedEx and UPS deliveries never gave an issue. Amazon drivers rarely get it right. And customer service does nothing so the whole process repeats itself. Not a delivery issue...it’s an Amazon delivery issue.

    @FedEx can’t seem to get the delivery driver to come to the right house. UPS does a great job of locating and delivering. Why can’t you fedex. I’ve made 6 calls to customer service. All are inept!

    @FedEx First my package was delayed by a day. Now you claimed to have delivered, though it’s nowhere in sight and no truck came by. Either misdelivered or driver just took off early. Cust service said nothing can be done until Mon. You used to be so reliable; now you’re a joke.

    @FedEx needs to address the issue that the driver lied about coming to my home and leaving a door tag. He didn’t leave a door tag on my house and he was never in my driveway because my camera would have captured him.

    What it’s like when it says packages are “out for delivery”: @UPS : here is the exact GPS location of our truck. @amazon : we will notify you when your package is 10 stops away @FedEx : it says it’s on the truck but we don’t even know ¯\_(ツ)_/

    ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL the packages I’ve had delivered via @amazon @UPS and @FedEx have made it on time...YET every got damn one from the @USPS has had a damn issue @USPSHelp

    @tyrion1 @GOP It is a goverment service if it runs at a loss you make the money up somewhere else, business like Fedex/UPS have to run at a profit for their shareholders to make money

    I have video of a @FedEx driver delivering my package to my neighbors house and mgt will not contact me to discuss this issue which is the second issue the first issue they indicated a delivery but there was no delivery DO NOT USE @FedEx

    If @FedEx history is any indication of their BS Thursday I’ll receive another text saying they tried to deliver but I wasn’t home. My door will once again be open so the phantom delivery driver can lie and not deliver my package. Then they’ll deliver it Friday 1/2

    @FedEx- I’m assuming I should’ve ordered Christmas presents in August to assure December delivery? What happened to the world on time... it’s more like Texas to Atlanta... when we get around to it. @ups doesn’t seem to have this problem...

    Beware If you get a delivery at home and you are asked to sign for it, DECLINE. A posing delivery person may just want you to open the door or screen door. If it’s a legitimate delivery it will be returned to the post office or FedEx or UPS, etc. Pick it up there.

    @FedExHelp is there a reason why every time a FedEx scheduled delivery date is never met. I had two packages scheduled for delivery today but neither was deliver today. It happens with FedEx al the time. UPS always delivers when scheduled.

    @FedEx Took a WFH day to sign for a $10K+ package. I was home all morning—Jeep in the driveway—but no knock or doorbell. Driver snapped a cropped photo w/o Jeep visible and marked “no one home.” Called immediately after the failed delivery notice and got no help. Is everyone that works at FedEx a lazy ****, or was I just incredibly unlucky today with my driver/interactions?
