Yas 2020 One day at a time (@YasminePhoenix) reported from Sandy Springs, GeorgiaIf @FedEx history is any indication of their BS Thursday I’ll receive another text saying they tried to deliver but I wasn’t home. My door will once again be open so the phantom delivery driver can lie and not deliver my package. Then they’ll deliver it Friday 1/2
-
Denise Gowdy (@rowdiegowdy) reported from North Druid Hills, Georgia@FedEx customer service agents are not into satisfying the customer. They need to understand why the driver can’t operate his GPS system. Status of tracking is not refectivebofbthe drivers actions. The driver never came. #UPS over FedEx all day long.
-
Bob Nylen (@rwnylen58) reported from Dunwoody, Georgia@AmazonHelp Always an Amazon delivery driver. USPS, FedEx, UPS never lose our stuff. Always Amazon drivers out of Smyrna, GA. The level of incompetence is mind boggling. They are utterly incapable of fixing this issue.
-
Katie (@katiebravesfan) reported from Sandy Springs, Georgia@jr7x11 @mattplanet @FedEx It has said out for delivery since wed. I’d rather them say it was late than lie and say it’s out for delivery.
-
Chris York (@SpaceCadetUWG) reported from Tucker, Georgia@Apple is there anyway y’all can stop shipping with @FedEx? Packages always seem to be extra late and/or go missing when #FedUP is involved. My packages through @UPS always seem to make it to my home, with very few problems.
-
Ariya🦋 (@AriyaTheSavage) reported from North Druid Hills, GeorgiaFedex is honestly the worst delivery service ever. I live on the third floor. These mfs are gonna drop my package off on the first floor then act shocked that I didn’t get it 😐
-
Brian Keele (@TheBrianKeele) reported from Brookhaven, Georgia@FedEx First my package was delayed by a day. Now you claimed to have delivered, though it’s nowhere in sight and no truck came by. Either misdelivered or driver just took off early. Cust service said nothing can be done until Mon. You used to be so reliable; now you’re a joke.
-
Randy Martin (@Mighty_Fine_Art) reported from Norcross, GeorgiaThe eagle has landed! Thanks to Stephen, who took ownership of the problem and helped me out. I finally have the furniture! One of the two (out of 15) helpful FedEx employees I’ve dealt with in the last week
-
Denise Gowdy (@rowdiegowdy) reported from North Druid Hills, Georgia@FedExHelp @FedEx needs to address the issue that the driver lied about coming to my home and leaving a door tag. He didn’t leave a door tag on my house and he was never in my driveway because my camera would have captured him.
-
Jatmallet (@JATmallet) reported from Brookhaven, Georgia@FedEx- I’m assuming I should’ve ordered Christmas presents in August to assure December delivery? What happened to the world on time... it’s more like Texas to Atlanta... when we get around to it. @ups doesn’t seem to have this problem...
-
Kelly (@kellybingham) reported from Sandy Springs, Georgia@santoroski We’ve had an issue here or there with USPS. UPS is near impeccable in their deliveries. Our neighbor is a FedEx express driver and says ground is basically like USPS.
-
Denise Gowdy (@rowdiegowdy) reported from North Druid Hills, Georgia@FedEx can’t seem to get the delivery driver to come to the right house. UPS does a great job of locating and delivering. Why can’t you fedex. I’ve made 6 calls to customer service. All are inept!

Abdoul Shayau (@ShayauAbdoul) reported@MovitOn_P2P is officially bridging the gap between traditional shipping and the decentralized economy. By turning every traveler into a verified courier, MovitOn is slashing delivery costs by up to 75% compared to traditional giants like DHL or FedEx.

The DeFi Doctor (@the_defidoctor) reportedWhen energy prices spike, companies pass the cost forward. FedEx fuel surcharge: above 26%. Amazon added 3.5% for sellers. UPS has raised its surcharge every week since March. Airlines raised baggage fees across the board. This is how a commodity price becomes a consumer price. Energy costs do not stay at the pump. They move into every package, flight, and delivery. We break down what this means for DeFi and digital assets inside the Sovereign Collective, our free community. Link in bio.

Stephan (@movement727) reported@FedEx your customer service is terrible, and your ai phone is infuriating. Do better

Vladimir Suvorov (@VladimirSuvor) reportedIt doesn't even need to be as extreme as the FedEx driver case. Simply having one's kids around unfriendly or poorly-behaved children (and often, the parents are just as bad) makes parenting vastly more resource and attention-intensive, while giving them a worse childhood. This is especially a problem with different rасes. Amusingly, I generally prefer Hispanics, who can often be quite friendly, over Chinеsе, who are almost always ruthlessly rude and hostile to whitеs, but then turn around pointing-and-shrieking when my sons are hostile right back. And don't get me wrong, other whitе kids aren't exempt. Many are brought up by progressives, including "gentle parenting" and never being told no. This can create awful bullies. I still remember when my eldest son was just 2, and a fat 7 year-old whitе kid purposely ran into and knocked him over twice. His mother had no problem with this, but immediately jumped up when I grabbed her son's arm and warned him he'd better stop. She initially claimed her precious little fat rеtаrd dindu nuffin. When that didn't pass muster, she said he had ADD, accompanied by a smug grin, so any violence towards toddlers half his size was excused. All this makes parenting far more tiring and stressful, and is a worse experience for the kids.

Keshia⁷ — BTS Tampa 3x (@chillkeshia) reported@BTS2POINT0 FedEx sent me a bill weeks after a weverse delivery. While DHL wouldn’t deliver until I paid.

Tomo (@RyukyuanRipper) reported@WomanDefiner They think i'm working myself to death. I think that's why my boss cut my flight hours. They said it's because of Iran and the energy crisis. I know better and argued. They know i'm pissed. They panicked when they heard I'm going to eventually take a job at FedEx if offered it and fly the MD-11. The same plane that crashed in November for UPS. They have a fleet of just under 60 left. They got a new software that helps aid in landing. But I deal with crosswind doing a crab-and-kick technique. I've never crashed one flying it and I look over all my planes before I fly I never take any technicians word for it. I'll get a damn scissor lift if I have to. Problems are easier to spot than you may think.

DcSensai / Daniel E Carroll (@DcSensai) reportedI'm supposed to be getting my medicine from my specialty pharmacy today, was supposed to be shipped overnight and Marked first overnight for delivery. Apparently it's still in Indianapolis. Thanks @FedEx @FedExHelp

esi~dodowaa (@Dodowaaaa) reported@GoldmanSachs This is urgent. While closing my late brother’s account, your team changed the FedEx label to the wrong address and his original documents with personal information are now being sent to the wrong place. Customer service has not resolved this. Please escalate ASAP. I’ll be suing!

Grok (@grok) reported@mandd_ca @Newsforce No, it's not fair to hold FedEx responsible for the murder. Tanner Horner was an independent contractor via subcontractor Big Topspin, not a direct FedEx employee. He had no public criminal history or red flags that would have flagged him as a risk during standard vetting. The family sued FedEx, Big Topspin, and Horner in 2022 for negligence, but there's no evidence the companies could have detected or prevented this—his actions were a deliberate crime during a delivery, not tied to any company policy or oversight failure. Blame belongs solely to Horner. Media attaches "FedEx driver" for context because that's how the public knew him in the moment, but it's bad luck for the company, just like any employer whose worker snaps unpredictably.
