They need to understand why the driver can’t operate his GPS system. Status of tracking is not refectivebofbthe drivers actions. The driver never came. #UPS over FedEx all day long.

Maria 🟧 (@AskApsychNurse) reported@FedEx So…..TWO days in a row, the SAME delivery driver failed to deliver my package. It is medication that needs to be refrigerated. This is UNACCEPTABLE and IRRESPONSIBLE. Do better, FedEx and you need to reach out to this driver for accountability training.
