    @EarthLink your customer service is absolutely terrible. I've been on the phone all day trying to restore my internet service and you guys have done nothing but sent me in circles this has been going on for months now and you guys just keep taking my money I'm beyond fed up.

    @EarthLink I wrote back on Feb 12th in regards to this company. Just now again and yesterday, they've attempted to charge my credit card even though I no longer have their service. Last warning. Cease and desist or I will be pressing charges for attempted theft and fraud.

    @EarthLink Most recently they added "multi-factor authentication" which pops up every few seconds and I can't get anything done. This is horrific email and when I call their technical support they keep passing me around to other people.

    @TheRealCoach_JB @TheCoachJBShow @EarthLink Fiber Internet should never go out, if you don't have it already. Working in the fiber industry only a downed substation or pole would effect it.

    @EarthLink Thank you for your reply! I am in need of technical help to set up my email on a new laptop. The people from Windows tried for over an hour but when I tried to get help from EarthLink they said I wouldn’t be able to use my email on the new Outlook system.

    Wow @EarthLink customer service sucks. Call and ask for a price on service and they can't tell you without giving them your address. And the rep wouldn't transfer me to the manager because they were in a "meeting". Such a lie. They are always in a "meeting"... with a donut. Welp... options are narrowing but there still are some.

    What the actual f*ck @EarthLink just spent an hour on the phone with your Customer Service. Transferred to THREE different departments. After repeating the same info to each I was told I needed to be transferred to a 4th. Then you disconnected me. #shittyservice

    @EarthLink How do I reach a human in tech support? Your chatbot is useless. It tells me it’s linking me to an agent and nothing happens.
