    Warning to @EarthLink users: I closed my account almost a full month ago, returned my router (in the box it came in!), had its return confirmed by an Earthlink agent AND UPS that I returned it, and yet I keep getting emails threatening a $400 fee because I didn't return it? WTF?

    @TheRealCoach_JB @TheCoachJBShow @EarthLink Fiber Internet should never go out, if you don't have it already. Working in the fiber industry only a downed substation or pole would effect it.

    @EarthLink When I finally contacted them about the television I was informed they didn't offer it. The final thing is that their signal strength was so poor using my phone as a hotspot gives me a stronger signal.

    @EarthLink @debra4peace2011 I have been an Earthlink customer for over 20 years. I am not receiving my email and technical support has been very unhelpful! I have called twice, and they have not resolved problem and seem unwilling to do so! I have not received emails in 2 days. Michael Opitz

    @EarthLink I still seem to be having an issue with this company! Even after I've had my service disconnected, I'm STILL getting attempted charges to my card!! It JUST happened 2 minutes ago before I wrote this tweet!!! If it doesn't stop, I'll be forced to take legal action. Wth???

    @EarthLink I wrote back on Feb 12th in regards to this company. Just now again and yesterday, they've attempted to charge my credit card even though I no longer have their service. Last warning. Cease and desist or I will be pressing charges for attempted theft and fraud.

    @EarthLink you’re the only provider in my area. please get your sh*t together. my service goes out almost once a month and it consistently takes >24hrs to be fixed.

    .@EarthLink Y'all disconnected my service awaiting payment. Except that y'all promised me a week or so ago a Supervisor would call me back and no one did. 28 years I've been a customer.

    @EarthLink I am still sitting on hold - trying to get through on the line that Nelson provided. He says no one else is having trouble getting through, but I am still sitting here waiting. This is the "service" I am getting after 23 years with this company.

    @EarthLink TOTALLY UNHELPFUL. EARTHLINK IS FULL OF BALONEY. I TRIED TO CORRECT UR ERROR. UR SITE SUX..UR CHAT DOES NOT CHAT. ZERO RESP9ONSE. UR PHONE PERSON SPEAKS POOR ENGLISH. FINALLY ANOTHER ONE,A MAN..TOOK 100 YRS TO EKE OUT MY INFO & HE WAS UNABLE TO FIX IT. TEDIOUS, STUPID UNHELPFUL.

    I’m starting to regret switching to a different Internet service provider @EarthLink your **** sucks. Can’t have a stable connection at all. And now I’m stuck with a one-year contract. Wish there was a the ability to say if it sucks we can terminate it on our end

    @EarthLink Can you tell me, a 30-year subscriber, why I'm no longer permitted to delete or add my own e-mail addresses, but must call support? When did this paternalistic and BOORISH behavior begin? Are you implying that your users are too stupid to do these actions?
