    @EarthLink for the love of god! Can we please get two-factor authorization!? If you guys did that it would cut down on hacked accounts. The only reason I still keep Earthlink is because too many people know this by heart. It would be too difficult to have them learn a new email.

    @EarthLink I called the number Chat said to call to cancel and sat on hold for over 30 minutes and no one answered. I can not cancel my account through customer portal. Chat said they could have someone contact me in 72 hours maybe.

    @EarthLink you’re the only provider in my area. please get your sh*t together. my service goes out almost once a month and it consistently takes >24hrs to be fixed.

    @EarthLink day 7. i called this number and spoke with a representative. they said the lack of wifi was due to an outage and to call back in 24 hours. now i just received a text from your company saying some automated script saying coverage is low and asking me to cancel my account??
