Just now again and yesterday, they've attempted to charge my credit card even though I no longer have their service. Last warning. Cease and desist or I will be pressing charges for attempted theft and fraud.

Jill (@jillwilson) reported@EarthLink Most recently they added "multi-factor authentication" which pops up every few seconds and I can't get anything done. This is horrific email and when I call their technical support they keep passing me around to other people.

The people from Windows tried for over an hour but when I tried to get help from EarthLink they said I wouldn’t be able to use my email on the new Outlook system.
