    @MichaelOpitz @EarthLink Thanks for chiming in. Their customer service has declined from a year ago. I wonder if they were bought out by another company. Im looking at Comcast.

    @earthlink my mailbox has been stuck as "full" since 10am. I need the quota flag reset as I am only using 5% of my storage. Your offices are closed but I can't keep having clients getting "mailbox gull" bounce backs. Please help.

    @EarthLink Well unfortunately that did not improve customer service. Firstly has a reputation for horrible customer service. The first year was ok. Today not so much I had one of the worst customer service interactions I've ever had. The new call center clearly does not improve service.
