Lee (@LeeSouthFL) reported. @DukeEnergy getting bad wraps for their mass texts about reducing energy during the cold snap. The message was correct, the LANGUAGE was wrong. Heat pumps take 300+% more energy to go from 35F to 65F than AC takes to go from 95F to 75F… explain it more clearly.
