Before I could call this morn the service was cut off and 775.00 was required to reinstate. My brother died last week and now we may not have to money to fly to his funeral.

I don’t have a big house (2700sq ft) and my bill has been within $115-135 a month for Gas and Power (Electricity) and look at this month. Gas is used for heating & hot water heater. My home always stays at 65 degrees Fahrenheit in day & 62 at night. @DukeEnergy @PiedmontNG what’s the reason of this hike?

My bill is $193.40 and only $42.19 is actual electric used, the rest is a slew of miscellaneous charges or “riders” as you like to call them. Y’all need to straighten your **** out. This is gouging.
