You remember, the one they did not tell us was coming. Instead of being with family, I was scrambling to find a kerosene heater and fuel. I hate their monopoly.

More capital spent the higher profits. Duke does what most for-profit monopoly utilities do. Many of these utilities also make sure their regulators are friendly.
