@DukeEnergy you charge me ridiculous fees on your monopoly. But my service is null! #no service

  • BligittyBlamo
Ole Grey Beard (@BligittyBlamo) reported from New Port Richey, Florida

@DukeEnergy I appreciate the response. The outage this time only lasted about an hour. You all need to figure out how to make your system stable. There's no reason everyday rainstorms which are not a new occurrence in Florida should be affecting your system this way.

  • EMT_Ken17
Ken Skaggs (@EMT_Ken17) reported from Elfers, Florida

@DukeEnergy 12 hour restoration of power is unacceptable when it’s a failure of your equipment. Maybe actually do some preventative maintenance on your equipment instead of half adding a repair to never comeback to it.

  • BligittyBlamo
Ole Grey Beard (@BligittyBlamo) reported from New Port Richey, Florida

@DukeEnergy WTF!? The slightest breeze, raindrop or sign of lightning and the power is out. Fix your infrastructure in New Port Richey for God Sakes!!

@DukeEnergy What they are really saying is that they charge 85% of their customers more to keep the power on for the 15% who can’t pay their bills. Yet their shareholders received an 8% increase in profits for 2025. Hey Duke how many millions did you pay these lobbyists?

  • elorabear_9694
    Elora Sparks (@elorabear_9694) reported

@DukeEnergy you guys are trash. You wanna double everyone’s energy bill for no reason what so ever, and it takes FIVE HOURS to restore power. Get it the hell together. If we pay that much you should actually be able to fix things efficiently.

@DukeEnergy The message had the details. Your site is still down. This is the time of month that we get our bills and want to pay them. We can’t view or pay our bills because your app is down. Direct log into the Duke site is also down.Maybe spend some of that overcharging money on good tech

ITS 930 IN THE MORNING @DukeEnergy WHAT COULD POSSIBLY BE THE REASON FOR THIS OUTAGE

  • _Hi_My_Name_Is
    HiMyNameIs (@_Hi_My_Name_Is) reported

@DukeEnergy your infrastructure sucks! When the slightest bit of rain passes, the lights flicker and loss of power, this shouldn’t be. Customers should have excellent service, especially at the rates you charge your customers. #crooks

  • ushmel
    ushmel (@ushmel) reported

@DukeEnergy Hey, don't pay for this ****. If people get scammed that's their problem. I don't want to pay for their ignorance

  • websiteKONG
    Jareb (@websiteKONG) reported

@DukeEnergy My son relies on medically essential electric-powered equipment. Today I got a call that our status is being removed because a form wasn't filled out—despite prior submissions. Spent 15 min on hold only to be told to wait for mail. This clumsy process is unacceptable & risky for his health. Please help urgently! #MedicallyEssential
