BruceBurke (@BruceQBurke) reported from Clearwater, Florida@DukeEnergy I was just saying that @DukeEnergy was progressive in customer self-service where cable companies like @GetSpectrum are still relying on customer service call centers. No chatbot, no call back, no online service capabilities. Just old-fashioned telephone service to move accounts.

BuieBedi🇺🇸|🇮🇳|🇦🇹|🇪🇺 (@BuieBedi12) reportedIs this inflationary pressure, or the direct effect of conflict? I don’t have a big house (2700sq ft) and my bill has been within $115-135 a month for Gas and Power (Electricity) and look at this month. Gas is used for heating & hot water heater. My home always stays at 65 degrees Fahrenheit in day & 62 at night. @DukeEnergy @PiedmontNG what’s the reason of this hike?
