Must be some confusion because the pole is fine, a tree fell across the lines at 8:15 am , and no one is on site.

Selcouth (@Gembamm) reported@DominionEnergy support in that home. Bills have also tripled to $600+ in recent months. Shutting off power here isn’t an inconvenience — it’s life or death. We’ve filed a complaint with the Virginia State Corporation Commission. This needs immediate attention.
