Now that there’s “smart” meters, nobody comes out to disconnect & once it’s paid they click a box and it’s back on. They’re STILL charging them a $150 reconnect! FOR F’N WHAT???

Why are they still burnt out? I submitted 10 others for my nightly dog walk path and only 1 was fixed in 3 years. Explanation?
