    @kandeesmom @JenJoy @CoxHelp You have to request that though. They don't automatically prorate the bill. I had to do that because of the outage on 8/17.

    Can someone explain this? Computer direct-wired to router, drive direct-wired to router. Moving files from computer to drive affects @CoxComm data cap. No wifi, no Internet just local area network?

    I’m going to need @CoxComm to get it figured out. Wi-Fi’s been down since 12:30 PM with no end in sight and their customer service rep was useless.

    @CoxComm @CoxHelp I’ve documented repeated upload degradation in my home across multiple days. My service should upload at ~100 Mbps, but it repeatedly drops to 5–30 Mbps. I’ve tested 3 modems, 2 routers, and Cox’s own parallel test modem saw the same issue. 1/4

    Yet another example of a great company support @CoxComm completely gone to ****. Is this what we should expect with the @GetSpectrum merger? Did cox lower their standards to align with how horrible Spectrum treats their customers?!! Just saying.

    @CoxHelp Service is spotty. I’ve had it for two months and have lost 6 days of wfh because of it. The only solution customer service has to offer is upgrade for another $100 a month. smh. Of course, I’m not putting my complete name, address and pin on Twitter.

    @CoxComm @CoxHelp Cancelling my father’s service after the disaster I’ve dealt with. My father lives in a different state and had a stroke and I’ve been trying to pay his bill for 4 days and your app, customer service, and phone payment services WON’T will let me pay the bill!!!

    @Saints @CoxComm Hope @Saints look at this bring lat back home man definitely not a bad thing to bring em back on a cheaper deal , maybe Darnell Mooney, Dre greenlaw, then draft edge rushers , dbs , maybe WRs but i think we can make it work with healthy Palmer and Polk we will be good after.
