    @CoxComm your company needs to change its payment center policy! Corporations have offices located outside of areas that are not near our service addy! I drove an hour to make an immediate pmt & couldn’t bcuz of your policy 🤯🤬👎🏾

    @CoxHelp Internet is out intermittently and has been all night. This is the second time in about 10 days this has happened. There’s obviously an outage. Don’t tell me there isn’t.

    @CoxComm What's the deal! We have had regular internet outages in our area for the past month and no explanation or indication from Cox that this is a problem. Instead my bill went up despite getting very poor service for the last 4 weeks. Not a happy customer!

    Oh and @CoxVA @CoxHelp - trying to upsell me into more services when the current ones are down is just stupid. You have to stop this garbage. Local Facebook page in neighborhood is talking @verizon FioS big time in 22315 zip code.

    @CoxComm I just wasted 30 minutes trying to get a quote to change my internet with Cox. After 30 minutes, the live agent still hasn't provided any information about the different pricing options. Is this the "White Glove" service you are advertising?
