    @CoxComm What's the deal! We have had regular internet outages in our area for the past month and no explanation or indication from Cox that this is a problem. Instead my bill went up despite getting very poor service for the last 4 weeks. Not a happy customer!

    I have been an @ATT customer since 2011. Five months ago my account manager made a mistake that cost me $400. They are unwilling to fix it. I have 11 lines on my account. I’m open to suggestions for better service in #Arizona @Verizon @CoxComm

    @CoxHelp My apps indicate there is an outage with a repair time of 6pm. (After being 10am this morning, then noon). I am just curious what the cause of the outage is for my own curiosity.

    @CoxHelp it’s time to change that rerun commercial. It’s on every station and it’s getting really boring. You’re not doing yourself any favors by ramming that commercial down peoples throats, in my opinion.
