    My @CoxHelp Internet was out all day Saturday, sporadic on Sunday, up and down last night, and down most of this morning. This is just infuriating, especially when your job is pretty dang contingent on having a functional Internet connection.

    @CoxHelp I’m setting up my SECOND Gateway all by myself after having TWO different techs out that obviously didn’t know how to fix anything. So I had to replace my equipment myself. I work from home and need this working ASAP @CoxComm @CoxHelp

    @CoxHelp @CoxComm I was told a line had to be installed to run service. They’ve told me twice that it had been done. Both times techs came out to tell me that the line HADN’T been installed & they can’t connect my service.

    @CoxComm @CoxHelp I’ve documented repeated upload degradation in my home across multiple days. My service should upload at ~100 Mbps, but it repeatedly drops to 5–30 Mbps. I’ve tested 3 modems, 2 routers, and Cox’s own parallel test modem saw the same issue. 1/4

    @CoxHelp I had a network outage in my neighborhood since 6:30 am, mountain standard time, phoenix, AZ. It’s currently 11:04pm and the outage is ongoing. Any info on it? Or an ETA on when it comes back up. I need it for my work and studies.

    Best part is I get a call from @CoxComm once a day asking if I want to upgrade my Internet. **** no. What I want is the speeds I pay for. I know it won't ever be 1.5 gigs but I'm missing out on one whole gig here. A bit much.
