    Current Starlink customer. Very satisfied. Moving to a new townhouse where I won't be able to use @Starlink anymore. Deinstall/reinstall costs $205, and same-day move isn't 100% certainty, so I'm switching to @CoxComm. Also, mounting to the townhouse would be a challenge w/HOA. If a window bracket mount didn't cost ~$500 (from Poland), I'd be inclined keep Starlink.

    @CoxComm explain to me why you offer me this on my account and then go back on your word and try to charge me $130 a month over the ohonet? Sales and Rentention sees it but can't do anything because it's an online promo that doesn't work since it says have to call in to complete it.

    2 weeks ago,we hooked our 4 camera blink system & it is not working - 1/2 screen & no signal or image with only some activity in front/back. The Blink tech told me to unplug my Cox wifi then, download a strange website to run a speed test! WHAAAT? Idiots! @CoxHelp @blinkforhome

    @CoxHelp @YahooCare I am a 30 year customer of cox and if you cant resolve this, we will be taking our business elsewhere. I have accounts I can not access because its sending 2FA codes to this email account.

    @SabersKnight @TheUfoJoe @CoxComm Honestly, at this point I don't even wanna crouch to reach behind a table to unplug a damn ethernet, I'm so annoyed by all of it I'll never shame anyone for asking them to handle everything anymore. I don't wanna lift a damn finger with the prices I'm paying.

    @CoxComm really sick and tired of having garbage Internet all the time. Our neighborhood literally has a text thread called Internet sucks Cox. This is old and I’m tired of it. Somebody needs to address this issue more than just resetting my router.
