    Learned something today about @CoxComm today. Apparently, I can't download something and play a game on two separate wired connections. Makes sense considering I pay for 1.5gig download but have only ever gotten about 200mbps wired. cox sucks ***

    @CoxComm I’ve been a customer since 2011. I’m getting tired of the “upgrades” and my internet and cable going out during the time when I use it most. This is getting ridiculous. #Vegas Google Fiber?

    @CoxHelp 1-2 times a day my internet goes out. This has been going on for a few months. Never happened before.

    @coxhelp trying to get a live person, but not working. The cable box attached to my house has come apart. Your guy changed out some connectors a month ago and now the top of the box is off and wires exposed. Probably wind related or something but needs to be fixed

    @CoxCalifornia your company is about to get a fat ******* lawsuit and it’s about to get super looked into by the ******* feds! Because you keep doing questionable and saying that you don’t **** with people’s Wi-Fi but constantly doing it! My lawyer’s already told me

    @CoxHelp @YahooCare Our cox webmail has not worked for 36+ hours now. We can log into our account fine, however mobile app and web browser both say "Error 15". I sat on hold last night with both cox and yahoo. Cox said its a yahoo problem, yahoo said its a cox problem.

    I have been an @ATT customer since 2011. Five months ago my account manager made a mistake that cost me $400. They are unwilling to fix it. I have 11 lines on my account. I’m open to suggestions for better service in #Arizona @Verizon @CoxComm
