    @CoxHelp Thanks, I was able to access it on my desktop, but only over cellular on my iPhone. It may also be my router as I have a lot of dropped frames streaming lately, but I’ve got a replacement for that, hopefully that’ll fix it.

    @CoxHelp @YahooCare And now again, yahoo says it's cox and cox says its yahoo. No one is taking ownership and trying to resolve the issue. @cox is losing a 30 year customer because no one will help us. Good job guys.

    @CoxComm **** You COX..3rd time since Friday the internet has gone down. Its a mult X per wk event. I got rid of U ******** 20yrs ago bcuz of this BS. This 2000+ unit whr i live is abt to change. Ive been working hard to get rid of u guys here and its abt to hapn next mo & I cant wait.

    @CoxComm internet has been down for about 3 days now with no actual update as to what is going on only that there is a network outage that is being worked on. Absolutely ridiculous.

    it's crazy that @CoxHelp will send a whole technician to my house who can't do anything because somewhere in the network cox is apparently doing maintenance and don't tell anyone about the outages! so my internet isn't fixed and it's messing with my job with no ets on a fix 🤠
