    @solace Worst customer service at enterprise level. It’s been better since the conversion but still not great. Xfinity fiber sucks too but it never goes down so at least I don’t have to deal with them. Moved my pri finally which was the last step. By end of this year that should go

    @Xfinity Have had major issues with my modem and having to restart it several times in a day. Called CS and told the rep what was happening and that I was currently connected after 5 restarts. Her reply your modem is working I can't do anything. She would not connect me with anybody else.

    I go around town and there are @Xfinity hotspots everywhere. For a couple years they were awesome. Now they never work at all, even when the connection is great. I’m logged in, I’m paid up. What’s going on, @Xfinity?

    @InAWomansWorld Don’t know who your provider is but I just went back to the xfinity router and it is SO much better than the nighthawk I was using. Places in the house we had trouble b4 are fine now.

    @Cernovich @Xfinity makes it impossible to cancel. The chat @XfinitySupport reps cannot do it. The link they give you, takes you to a “make a phone call” website landing page. Absurd. Also cannot downgrade with click of a button either. A phone call only.
