  @solace Worst customer service at enterprise level. It’s been better since the conversion but still not great. Xfinity fiber sucks too but it never goes down so at least I don’t have to deal with them. Moved my pri finally which was the last step. By end of this year that should go

  @Peril_in_Pink Same thing happens to me all the time with Comcast/Xfinity. It does not mean your modem is bad it means Comcast is bad. The only reason I put up with it is because CenturyLink was worse.

  Hey @comcastcares - just spent an hour on the phone with one of your xfinity support agents (she was nice) who ultimately blamed me and my equipment for my internet outage. After spending $160 on a new modem, I look again and see you have an outage in the whole area!! Not cool..

  It’s staggering how much of a terrible cliche it is to deal with the cable company. It’s beyond something you could come up with. All to be able to watch baseball, which should just be on regular tv. @twins @foxsportsn @Xfinity it’s truly amazing.
