I buy them cable as my Birthday/Christmas gift because they don't want anything. I don't have cable myself. So when I get a call from them thier service is poor I get heated. I agree cut the cord!

Let's offer the new customers a great deal and **** all the loyal ones over. Been there 5 yrs and they wanna charge me $30 more a month than a new customer. Makes zero sense.

Called CS and told the rep what was happening and that I was currently connected after 5 restarts. Her reply your modem is working I can't do anything. She would not connect me with anybody else.

I spent two hours troubleshooting and an hour on the phone. Only after all of this now Comcast tells us “oops there is an outage in the area”

I was paying $89 to Xfinity for 300mb and rarely clocking over 110mb. I got 6 months for $69 then it goes to $80 for 200mb service. Plugged it in yesterday and was clocking over 130mb just after setting it up

Never had a problem on this network before but maybe something going on with comcast I saw it across dev/staging/**** (2 convex dbs) for about 10m, then it resolved on its own, then came back, now working again If it comes back, will DM you. Maybe some intermittent network thing on my end
