    @MediacomCable is down again in #wayzatamn for many many hours. @WayzataMNGov should let its citizens have access to @comcast and @Xfinity which is far superior. @MediacomSupport is worthless too..

    @comcastcares @jain_saransh I have the same problem and I can’t get a hold of anyone at Comcast. Very frustrated Comcast would be increasing my bill at a time like this.

    @Xfinity I’ve been a customer since 2001, and I’m having the most frustrating experience. I’ve spent so much time on the phone and have been cut off 3 times and my issue never got resolved. I’m about ready to cancel. Can you have a competent customer service person contact me?

    @tlhInganHom @Xfinity I totally get the idea that a support call *is* a sales call. And I’m overall happy with my service - I stuck with them instead of changing during my move. But that’s the *worst* time to try to directly sell me when I want to fix an issue quickly.

    @effjayyy @comcast I need it for work - no one else has decent down or upload speeds. It’s Comcast or Centurylink, and the infrastructure here is too old for CL to be fast enough.

    @AndreBronzoni @GalvaniRenan @AskFrontier @robbyearon I have Mediacom, for my experience I can say the service it's ok, it's not the best, I don't have so much choice in my area (like Robbye) costumer service is terrible, if you talking about frontier, OMG the worst service ever, I don't really like it. I'll really miss comcast.

    .@Xfinity is such a racket. the same month that I cancel my cable, my internet usage suddenly skyrockets doubling all my previous months usage in just 20 days of a 30-day bill cycle. i have been working from home for 8 months, downloading and uploading

    While trying to leave for work this morning four Comcast trucks had entirely blocked all exits from our parking lot and god damn it I quit @Comcast not to deal with their shit anymore and I still am.

    Hey Roku and Xfinity. When I open the Xfinity Stream Beta app on the Roku device. It will go to the Home Screen of the Xfinity stream, but then automatically close and send you back to the Roku Home Screen. Any fix? @Xfinity @RokuSupport #XfinityStreamBetaDown #XfinityStream

    @Xfinity You cannot help me send email. Receiving is fine. Sending is not. No one can walk me through the settings - those sent to me do not work. This is not an outlook problem.

    Instead of spending lots of $$ creating a flashy ad with ET, maybe Comcast should spend $$$ upgrading their service. Cable went out during game 7 of WS and now went out during Thanksgiving football - brutal

    @1ssve The reason we left cable was because of Comcast who pretty much ran everyone out. In my neighborhood it was either Comcast or a satellite and Comcast was overcharging and always having issues. I canceled and me and each of my kids signed up for a streaming site. All good for a while, then streaming started to get greedy and stop sharing. They really want each of us to pay $10-20 each for multiple sites. Plus we still have to pay internet which has also gone up. F them all.

    @FreddieKraft What's being done to help the xfinity and truck series? The xfinity series has had 2 teams shut down (30 &25) with the 5 rumored and xfinity and truck teams are forced to run pay drivers or cup guys because the purses are so low What has nascar done to try and grow these

    @Ern_cos @XfinitySupport Do one thing cancel your Xfinity account and then after a week make a new Xfinity account and you will get a price lock for 5 year plan 1 gig for $70 a month with a free cell for a year ;)
