I had to waste 30 minutes of my busy workday calling in (always a nightmare) to have it removed. You are by far the worst company I have the misfortune of dealing with.

The only time I did was with their wifi modem, those things only lst 2-3 years. But you can buy one for under 100 from best buy, and make the money back by not paying a rentl fee for their crappy modem.
